8 dl vettä
2 lihaliemikuutiota
150 g sulatejuustoa (kisaversiossa oli voimakasta koskenlaskijaa)
400 g makaronia
pippuria

Ruskista jauheliha. Lisää loppuvaiheessa raastettu porkkana ja silputtu sipuli ja mausta pippurilla. Kiehauta vesi ja sulata sinne liemikuutiot ja juusto. Kaada makaronit voideltuun vuokaan, lisää jauheliha sekä liemi ja sekoita. Paista 175 asteessa n. 45 minuuttia.

Alkuperäisessä ohjeessa (Yhteishyvän Ruoka 1/09) on sulatejuuston sijasta pippurituorejuustoa, mutta mun mielestä sulatejuustolla tulee parempaa.
